Poco F1 will get MIUI 12 Update in Second Batch which is likely to start in July. So we can say MIUI 12 will be available for Poco F1 in July month.
But Xiaomi is stated that they will stop MIUI 12 Beta Program and directly start to roll out MIUI 12 Stable for Xiaomi devices.
Statement from Xiaomi :-
“Global Stable for the first batch starts rolling out by the end of June, so expect sometime late July. There could be Beta testing / Mi Pilot program for POCO F1 after the first batch rolls out, so keep an eye out for that.” source
Poco F1 will do get MIUI 12 in July or July-end in the Second batch. Or probably get MIUI 12 Stable in July end. But there is no official statement from Xiaomi.

Many indian youtuber get This update on his Redmi K20 pro & install it
But they say many features are missing in global rom for indian version
That’s not good for Xiaomi
