Poco F1 update has been stuck on MIUI 11 after Xiaomi postponed MIUI 12 Stable update for Pocophone F1. Many users expecting to get the update this week but now Xiaomi changed the timeline.
MIUI 12 Stable for Poco F1 Postponed
“as Xiaomi said Poco F1 is now getting update this in July and the update will start rolling out at the end of August month.”
Poco F1 will get an update by end of August 2020. As well as Poco X2 will get the MIUI 12 Stable update in the same period as Poco F1. However, MIUI 12 Stable update is already rolling out for Xiaomi’s Poco F2 pro.
The Poco F1 upgraded version Poco F2 pro is getting MIUI 12 Global stable in Europe, Indonesia, and Russia. Unlikely Poco F1 will not be receiving the update now. But users do not need to worry Xiaomi is pushing hard to send MIUI 12 stable as soon as possible.
Poco F1 Specifications
Poco F1 is the flagship killer smartphone by Poco (Co-brand of Xiaomi). The Poco F1 smartphone first launched in 2018 and was the most popular smartphone in the industry. The Poco F1 has Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 12MP + 5MP Rear camera setup, and 20MP Front-facing camera.
In terms of Quality Poco F1 is beast and also provides features like infrared face detection which works fast and accurately in a dark environment. A total of 700,000 units has been sold since the launch.
Now Poco F1 is running on MIUI 11 version. However, Xiaomi is expected to send MIUI 12 Stable in late August 2020.
